As we head into autumn under new management, 1055 The Point is excited to unveil our revamped schedule, running through to Christmas.
MK's Biggest Breakfast kicks off weekday mornings from 7am with Darren bringing you the latest news, weather, and travel updates.
At 8:20am, Mrs D What’s For Tea makes its daily return, perfect for getting the kids ready with a singalong before discovering what’s for tea. Plus, Call My Bluff is back at 7:45am.
Our No Repeat Workday guarantees five hours of the biggest hits from the 80s, 90s, 00s, and today, with no repeats—if you hear one, tea bags for your workplace are on us! Throughout the day, we’ll also keep you informed with the latest local news every hour.
The Home Run with Greg takes over from 3pm, providing all the news and info you need for your commute home.
We’ve also made some exciting changes to early mornings and evenings, Simon Tuck now hosts an early breakfast show from 4am, and Pippa D keeps you company in the evenings with great music and a bit of gossip.
Evenings continue with The Point Nightly News and on Mondays Dr Hilary Jones is on-air at 7:10pm. Plus there's our Rock and Country shows, and catch local legend Emma Scott with her Pluggin Baby Radio Show.
Finally, wind down each night with an hour of chilled and romantic songs from 11pm.
