As the evenings grow shorter and the autumn leaves begin to fall, there are still plenty of activities to enjoy in Milton Keynes' parks this season, courtesy of The Parks Trust.

Women’s Walking Network
Explore a different park each month with the Women’s Walking Network.
On Thursday 3rd October, the tour will take place at Tattenhoe Valley Park, where you'll have the chance to explore the full length of the valley, linking into the North Bucks Way and Howe Park Wood’s ancient woodland.
Tree Tots
Join our Outdoor Learning Team every Thursday in October (3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th) at 10am for a 50-minute nature play session in Howe Park Wood. Perfect for toddlers to connect with nature in a fun and educational environment.
Woof Walks
Discover MK’s beautiful green spaces with your dog! Our Woof Walks allow both you and your furry friend to socialise while exploring different parks. October's walks include:

Great Linford Manor Park Guided Walks
Explore Great Linford Manor Park with guided walks on Friday 11th and Sunday 27th October.
5 Ways Café at St Andrew’s Church
Join the dementia-friendly 5 Ways Café at St Andrew’s Church on Tuesday 8th and 22nd October. A gentle, accessible walk around Great Linford Manor Park follows at midday.

Don't miss the final Linford Eats event of 2024 at Great Linford Manor Park from 4-8pm. Enjoy an array of food from local vendors, offering everything from loaded fries to vegan feasts. It’s a culinary delight for all!
Community Litter Pick – Friday 4th October
Join our monthly community litter pick in Campbell Park on 4th October at 10am. Help keep the environment clean for local wildlife, guided by a Parks Trust Ranger.
Electra Walk and Glide Weekend – Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th October
Hop aboard for a weekend of walking, gliding, and dining on 5th and 6th October. Enjoy the scenic Gyosei Art Trail, Great Linford Manor Park, and Campbell Park.
