HAZZARD ALLEYHazard Alley, Milton Keynes’ pioneering safety education charity, is on the lookout for a talented and motivated individual to join their team.

About the Role: They are seeking an enthusiastic candidate for a part-time, 18-month fixed-term contract. Working 25 hours per week, you will play a key role in designing and delivering a new Youth Project, engaging with young people across Milton Keynes. With a focus on supporting 11-14 year olds, you will help plan and coordinate youth clubs in 10 different wards, ensuring the programme's success.

The position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum (pro-rata to £16,667 for part-time hours), along with a generous holiday entitlement, contributory pension scheme, and additional training opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with young people, encouraging them to participate in various activities and events. Demonstrable experience of working with young people, as well as strong organisational and planning skills, are essential.

You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of prioritising tasks in a busy environment, and comfortable working as part of a small, ambitious team. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for regular work travel within Milton Keynes are required.

Experience in the not-for-profit or education sectors would be highly desirable, though not essential.
